Jumbo launches a ticket promotion for Super Friday

Jumbo Supermarkets customers can receive a 50% discount on tickets for Super Friday at the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN DUTCH GRAND PRIX when they purchase certain promotional items. With this offer, Jumbo is making the opening Friday of the sold-out final race weekend even more appealing. This is the chance for fans to be part of the Final Lap: the very last Formula 1® race in the Netherlands.

Last chance on Super Friday

Super Friday is no longer just a warm-up event. In 2026, the day will kick off with high stakes as the F1® Sprint qualifying takes place—a format making its debut at Zandvoort that will immediately shape the rest of the weekend. Every lap counts, right from the start.

In addition, the day promises a full program on and around the circuit. In the Fan Zone, fans can look forward to a day opening featuring the Snollebollekes and Q&A sessions with Formula 1® drivers. Names will be announced at a later date, but it is expected that a large portion of the current driver lineup will be present.

Super Friday Lineup

Immediately following the race program, the Fanzone will transform into a full-fledged festival grounds. The Dutch Grand Prix organization is proud to announce the lineup for Super Friday, featuring Afrojack as the international headliner. Also taking the stage will be Flemming, Kraantje Pappie, Snelle, and Snollebollekes. In short, there’s something for everyone, from beats to sing-alongs.

Jumbo brings Super Friday to the store

Jumbo is launching a nationwide campaign in collaboration with the Dutch Grand Prix organization. When purchasing promotional items, customers can attend Super Friday at a 50% discount. In this way, Jumbo is making the event accessible to as many people as possible. Details about the various promotions will be announced by Jumbo; the promotion runs from April 22 through May 5.

With this promotion, Jumbo has deliberately chosen to engage with the Final Lap on a one-time basis. The initiative is designed to reward loyal customers and share a unique sporting moment together, just as the Netherlands bids farewell to Formula 1®.

The final chapter of an era

The 2026 edition marks the end of a remarkable chapter in Dutch sports history. What began in 2021 as a much-discussed comeback grew into an event of international stature, with packed stands and unprecedented fan engagement.
