FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN DUTCH GRAND PRIX Kicks Race Weekend with Kensington and 90s Party

The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN DUTCH GRAND PRIX is once again going all out for a spectacular Super Friday. The internationally praised opening day of the race weekend in Zandvoort, promises to be unforgettable for fans of all ages. Highlights include an official Opening show with appearances by F1® drivers, on-track stunt shows, a performance by Kensington, and a booming 90s Closing Party.

One of the best visited Fridays on the calendar features a varied program, including Free Practice sessions of Formula 1, Q&As with top teams, and world-famous Dutch artists during the evening. The event is designed to attract motorsport enthusiasts, families, groups of friends, and music lovers alike.
Quote Kensington: “We’re really excited to play at the Dutch Grand Prix on Super Friday! One of the biggest events of the year, and an international gathering of fast cars, superstars and loud engines. We can’t wait to add a little extra rock & roll to that!”

Program

Super Friday kicks off with an opening show. Accompanied by DJ Paul Elstak, fans will meet their favorite F1® drivers during the Live Q&A sessions. The grandstands will then fill up for Free Practice 1 & 2, combined with the Full Throttle Track Show. The day concludes in the Fanzone with a Dutch Hour, a live performance by Kensington, and a trip back to the 90s with the 90s Closing Party.

Quote Jan Lammers: “Just like last year, we’ll kick off the race weekend with an opening show, and an equally packed Fanzone. All over the world, people are watching how we shape our Friday, which is now seen as the benchmark. I believe this line-up is the perfect way to open what promises to be an unforgettable weekend again.”

Penultimate Edition on Dutch Soil. The 2025 edition is the second-to-last opportunity for fans from the Netherlands and abroad to experience a Formula 1 weekend live in Zandvoort. In 2026, the final FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN DUTCH GRAND PRIX will take place.
