Talpa Network and the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN DUTCH GRAND PRIX announced today that they are extending their partnership up to and including the very last edition in the Netherlands in 2026. With this, Talpa Network, which already committed to the event in 2019 as one of its founding sponsors, will remain partner of the Dutch Grand Prix until the Final Lap. Within the partnership, Radio 538 is the face – and especially the sound – of the orange party on and around the Mascot Circuit Zandvoort.
Radio 538 as Event Supporter to Final Lap
Since 2021, Radio 538, part of Talpa Network, has been broadcasting live from Circuit Zandvoort throughout the entire race weekend. With the 538 studio positioned in the heart of the Fanzone, DJs, artists and fans together bring the unique atmosphere and signature “orange fever” to millions of listeners. The station also provides live coverage all weekend long via TV 538 and its social media channels.
In the run-up to — and during — the very last race weekend in the Netherlands, Radio 538 will go full throttle one final time. Listeners can win tickets, get backstage access and take part in special F1 and 538 activations on and around the circuit.
Orange feeling as the common thread
Dennis van den Berg, Director of Marketing & Communications at Talpa Network:
“Thanks to our partnership with the Dutch Grand Prix, our entire network has been able to embrace the F1 domain: from on-air prize promotions and branded content on our TV channels to social formats produced from the circuit. This event fits perfectly within 538’s philosophy of claiming the Orange domain year-round. Being able to continue this partnership through the final edition in the Netherlands is a tribute to all the teams who have been working incredibly hard on this for years. We’re going to show, one more time, the power of an integrated media network around such an iconic event.”
Jan Lammers, Sporting Director of the Dutch Grand Prix:
“538 was there when the race was still mostly a plan on paper, long before it was certain that the Dutch Grand Prix would become such a success. We truly value that loyalty. The fact that they are staying on board for the final chapter says it all. Entertainment is an essential part of the Dutch Grand Prix, and Talpa Network — with Radio 538 at the forefront — has made a huge contribution to that. That unmistakable Orange feeling, which connects sport, music and fan experience, is in the DNA of both of us. You couldn’t wish for a better final chord to this collaboration.”
