This year, we will once again present a varied spectacle of music, show and activities in the fan zones and in front of the stands. Musical stars will include André Rieu & DJ La Fuente, Flemming, Emma Heesters and Snelle.
Track as a stage
From Friday 25 August, fans will be entertained throughout the weekend with shows by no fewer than 11 top Dutch artists. On the immense stage in the Arena area (turns 10 to 12) and on the stage in the Fanzone, it will be a coming and going of the best Dutch artists who know how to build a party. The entertainment, training, qualifying and races can also be followed on the circuit via 15 large audience screens with sound. As such, the Dutch Grand Prix presents the highest screen density per linear metre of any F1 circuit on the calendar.
You can view the extensive programme of the Dutch Grand Prix on this page or download the Dutch GP app to always have it to hand!
The Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix will kick off with Super Friday. Besides the action on the track, there will be various activities for young and old in the F1 Fanzone. With performances by the likes of Mental Theo, Flemming and Snelle, the audience will be treated to the most entertaining live performances on Super Friday from early morning until late at night.
As the drivers get ready for qualifying, the atmosphere in the Fanzone and Arena is already in full swing. The programme includes performances by Marco Schuitmaker and FeestDJRuud, among others. Later in the Fanzone, there will be performances by Joël Borelli and Tino Martin. In addition to the performances, fans can also enjoy themselves there with successes from previous editions such as the Holland Casino Bingo Show. This year, the Heineken Player 0.0 Wildcard Final will be organised for the first time, where fans can qualify for a virtual race against Max Verstappen.
The traditional national anthem just before the start of the Formula 1 race will be performed by none other than André Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra. This moment will be preceded by Pre Race Show with DJ La Fuente. Rieu and his entire orchestra also musically accompany the Drivers’ Parade earlier in the day. After the race, the party continues in the Fanzone and there will be performances by Emma Heesters, Flemming, the DGP Band and DJ La Fuente.
The F1 Fanzone is the entertainment plaza where young and old will have plenty to do. Admire F1 model cars, take part in the F1 tyre-changing game or take a flight in the Ferris wheel with stunning views over the CM.com Circuit Zandvoort and the beach. Of course, there are also plenty of E-sport racing simulators here to test your own racing skills. In the Fanzone, drivers will regularly be interviewed from the big stage and Radio 538 will report live from this spot in their radio shows.
For all visitors who are not going straight home afterwards, Zandvoort still offers plenty of entertainment. ‘Zandvoort Racefestival’ has a great program of side events and music throughout August. Check this page for more information.
