With a regular admission ticket, you have automatic access to the fan zone and performances!

Unfortunately, it is not technically possible to put multi-day tickets in different names. The ticket buyer is responsible for personalizing, receiving and distributing the tickets, but does not have to go all days himself. So a multi-day ticket will always be put on 1 name, but per day someone else can enter with this ticket. For verification, you may be asked for the name of the main booker at the entrance gates. Please note that re-entry is not possible. All other tickets can be personalized per ticket in the MyDGP environment, however. The ticket buyer can send a personalization link to the rest of the party so they can personalize their ticket themselves.

The DGP organization has its own official resale channel: the Resell Platform. This platform is available to the main bookers of the tickets within the MyDGP environment. You can officially resell tickets you no longer want at the purchase price minus a €10.00 administration fee.

Important: Only main bookers can do this!

The payout will be processed within 20 working days by ticket partner CM.com. If you haven’t received the money after this period, please contact support@cmtickets.com.

If you purchased your ticket in one of the following ways, resale is not possible:

• 2 YEAR ticket
• Used installment payment
• Ticket purchased from an official reseller
• Ticket purchased on the Resell Platform

Still want to keep your ticket? You can withdraw it from resale if it hasn’t been sold yet.

The installment payment option can be selected during the payment process for allocated tickets.

Installment 1: 40% at the time of purchase
Installment 2: 30% on February 3, 2025
Installment 3: 30% on June 2, 2025
Important: After this date, you will receive several payment reminders. If the full payment is not completed by the final deadline, your order will be canceled, and we reserve the right to retain the amount already paid.

The installment payment option can be chosen in the payment process for assigned tickets. CM.com will send a payment link to the ticket buyer on the above date. This has to be paid within the specified period (1 week/7 days). After choosing spread payment, this cannot be reversed.

Only the main ticket booker can manage and adjust the order in the MyDGP environment.

All seating is automatically assigned to the stands. You cannot choose your own place in the stands. Your grandstand and seat are indicated on your ticket, which you will receive in the run-up to the event. All tickets from the same order are placed next to each other in the stands.

General Admission tickets allow access to the area around the track. You need a specific General Admission ticket for this. Fans with a grandstand ticket do not have access to the General Admission area due to limited capacity. Please note that you have two General Admission areas (1 & 2). It is not possible to change seats. You are not allowed to bring stools, umbrellas or chairs. General Admission are standing areas.

Children up to age 4 may enter without a ticket. They must be seated on the lap of the parent/guardian. Children 5 years and older need a kid’s ticket (up to 12 years) or a regular ticket to enter. However, the area is very large, crowded and noisy. Keep this in mind with small children.

Linking order numbers is not possible. All tickets from 1 order are of course assigned next to each other.

Unfortunately, all tickets for the 2024 Extra Care Court are sold out. It is also not possible to change any regular tickets to tickets for the Extra Care Court.
