The Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix is excited to announce a spectacularly revamped Pre-Race Show. Taking place on Sunday just before the start of the Formula 1 race, the show will feature performances by Kris Kross Amsterdam, Tino Martin, and Hans Klok. Together with the 90,000 fans in the stands, these artists will create an unparalleled flag activation.
Iconic flag activation
The 2023 Pre-Race Show, featuring André Rieu and Dutch flag show on the main straight, received global recognition. This year, the iconic flag activation will be extended to the entire circuit. Together with 90,000 fans and accordionist Hans Kap, Tino Martin will perform an Amsterdam Medley, transforming all grandstands into a sea of red, white, and blue. This will mark the largest flag activation in Dutch sports history.

Performances by Kris Kross Amsterdam and Showband Advendo Sneek
Kris Kross Amsterdam will energize the crowd with their performance leading up to the start of the race. They will be supported by Advendo Sneek, one of the country’s top showbands. Advendo will provide musical accompaniment and impressive race-themed formations on the main straight.
Kris Kross Amsterdam: “Since the first edition, we have had the honor of experiencing the Dutch Grand Prix live. Every year, just before the starting signal, we got goosebumps because it is such a magnificent race spectacle. To be responsible for that moment this year, on the asphalt of Circuit Zandvoort and just before the race begins, is not only a great honor but also one of the absolute highlights of our musical career!”

Spectacular unveiling of the Trophy by Hans Klok
Illusionist Hans Klok will unveil the redesigned trophy for the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix 2024 in a spectacular reveal during the show. Hans Klok: “It is a wonderful experience to present the F1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix 2024 Trophy in this way. For me, Formula 1 and illusionism are a perfect match. Prepare for a magical moment!”
National Anthem performance to be announced
This edition will also feature a special performance of the Dutch National Anthem. About which we will announce more later in August.
