ALL QUESTIONSIn the MyDGP environment, the main booker can register his ordered tickets for 2025 in his name. This link takes you to the MyDGP environment. Please note: tickets no longer need to be personalized. They can be shared or downloaded directly. The tickets will also become available in the DutchGP App.
Personalizing the t is no longer possible. Tickets can be shared or downloaded directly.
To do this, click the ‘Share your ticket’ link on the ticket and share the page via WhatsApp, email, or another method. The person for whom the ticket is intended can then download it in the DutchGP app.
Please note: make sure to send the ticket to the correct person! Once you have sent the ticket, you cannot retract it.
Make sure your ticket is in the DutchGP app before you travel to Zandvoort. This will help avoid delays at the gate. You can download the DutchGP app via Google Play or the App Store.
If you have forgotten your login details, that is no problem. Enter your email address in the login window of the MyDGP environment. After this you can click on ‘forgot your password?’. If it does not work properly afterwards, please contact our ticket partner CM.com.
You can change your personal data via our ticket partner CM.com via support@cmtickets.com. They can help you further with this. Please also include the email address used and possible order number in your email.
As soon as a ticket has been issued in your name, you will receive an email. You can create a MyDGP account with the email address you use. With your account you will automatically receive updates about the event in 2025. You can create a MyDGP account with the email address known to us via this link.
