My DGP

In de mijn MyDGP-omgeving kunnen tickets worden ingezien en gedownload door diegene die de tickets heeft aangeschaft. Je kan deze zowel geprint dan wel digitaal meenemen of in de Dutch GP app zetten (indien tickets zijn gepersonaliseerd).

In the MyDGP environment, the main booker can log in using the email address used to place the order. By mid-May 2025, the main booker will receive the opportunity to personalize the tickets. You can find the order under 'My Tickets' and then 'Orders'.

You will receive your ticket shortly before the event if the ticket is personalized. You will be notified of this automatically. It is therefore correct that no e-tickets are sent yet. We do this to prevent fraud as much as possible.

What is the MyDGP-platform?

In the MyDGP environment, the main booker can register his ordered tickets for 2025 in his name. This link takes you to the MyDGP environment. Please note: only the main booker can personalize the tickets. As soon as all tickets from the order have been personalized, the tickets will become available in the MyDGP environment two weeks before the event.

How can I personalize my tickets

Personalization of tickets is not possible at this time. You can distribute and download the tickets as a main booker directly in the MyDGP environment.
After you have added all tickets to your ticket wallet in the Dutch GP app you can share them with your party. You do this by clicking the ‘Share your ticket’ link on the ticket and sharing this page via, for example, Whatsapp or email.
The person for whom the ticket is for can then download the ticket in the DutchGP app. Make sure to send the ticket to the right person! Once you have sent the ticket, you cannot withdraw it.
Make sure your ticket is in DutchGP before you travel to Zandvoort. This prevents delays at the gate.

I have forgotten my password for my MyDGP account, what now?

If you have forgotten your login details, that is no problem. Enter your email address in the login window of the MyDGP environment. After this you can click on ‘forgot your password?’. If it does not work properly afterwards, please contact our ticket partner CM.com.

I am the main booker and want to change my personal details.

You can change your personal data via our ticket partner CM.com via support@cmtickets.com. They can help you further with this. Please also include the email address used and possible order number in your email.

I am not a main booker, but I do want a MyDGP account. What should I do?

As soon as a ticket has been issued in your name, you will receive an email. You can create a MyDGP account with the email address you use. With your account you will automatically receive updates about the event in 2025. You can create a MyDGP account with the email address known to us via this link.
