Do I need to buy a separate ticket to access the Fanzone and performances?

With a regular admission ticket, you have automatic access to the fan zone and performances!

How can I pay in instalments?

The Dutch Grand Prix, in collaboration with its partner CM.com, offers the option to pay for orders in installments. All Ticket Buyers will incur an additional charge of 7% of the total order amount for this service.

For 1-year products, an additional charge of 7% of the purchase value of the entire Order will be applied, divided into 3 payment installments. The 3 installments are as follows:

  • Installment 1: 40% of the total amount upon confirmation;
  • Installment 2: 30% of the total amount 6 months before the race (February 2, 2026);
  • Installment 3: 30% of the total amount 3 months before the race (June 1, 2026).

The installment payment option can be selected during the payment process for Tickets. CM.com will send a payment link to the ticket buyer on the aforementioned dates. The payment must be completed within the specified period (1 week/7 days).

When the installment payment option is chosen, it is not possible to sell the tickets through the Resell platform.

If a payment is missed, CM.com will send a reminder. If payment is still not made within 2 weeks after the reminder, the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate the tickets and sell them to another party without refunding any amounts already paid.

Can I take multiple people on one ticket?
It is not possible to assign multi-day tickets to different names. The ticket will always be in the name of the original ticket holder, but a different person can use it each day. At the entrance, you may be asked for the name of the original ticket holder. Re-entry is not allowed.
Important: All tickets in the order must be personalized.
I can no longer come to Zandvoort. How do I sell my tickets?
The DGP organization has an official resale channel: the resell platform. This platform is available to main bookers of tickets in the MyDGP portal. You can resell tickets you no longer want officially at the purchase price minus a €15.00 administration fee. Please note: only main bookers can offer tickets for resale! The new ticket buyer also pays a resale fee of €15.00.
Payouts are processed within 20 working days by the ticket partner CM.com. If you have not received your payment after 20 working days, please contact support@cmtickets.com.

If you purchased your ticket in any of the following ways, reselling is not possible:

  • • 2 YEAR ticket
  • • Used installment payment
  • • Ticket purchased from an official reseller
  • • Ticket purchased on the Resell Platform

If you wish to keep your ticket, you can withdraw it as long as it has not been sold yet.

Please note: the resell platform is currently closed and will reopen at a later stage in the lead-up to the 2026 race.

I cannot adjust my ticket order, what now?
Only the main booker of the placed order can update the personal details of the tickets in the MyDGP environment.
Important: It is not possible to change grandstands, link different orders, or modify the number of tickets.
Where can I see which stand and seat I am sitting in?

All seating is automatically assigned to the stands. You cannot choose your own place in the stands. Your grandstand and seat are indicated on your ticket, which you will receive in the run-up to the event. All tickets from the same order are placed next to each other in the stands.

What are standing/General Admission tickets?

General Admission tickets allow access to the area around the track. You need a specific General Admission ticket for this. Fans with a grandstand ticket do not have access to the General Admission area due to limited capacity. Please note that you have two General Admission areas (1 & 2). It is not possible to change seats. You are not allowed to bring stools, umbrellas or chairs. General Admission are standing areas.

Until what age is a kids ticket valid?

Children up to age 4 may enter without a ticket. They must be seated on the lap of the parent/guardian. Children 5 years and older need a kid’s ticket (up to 12 years) or a regular ticket to enter. However, the area is very large, crowded and noisy. Keep this in mind with small children.

Can my orders be combined so we can sit next to each other?

Linking order numbers is not possible. All tickets from 1 order are of course assigned next to each other.

Are there any tickets available for visitors with a disability?

Extra Care tickets are offered through our partner HandicapNL. For more information, please visit their website. Through HandicapNL, you can also register for the interest list. Allocation of the Extra Care tickets will take place at a later stage.
