Add your tickets
Make sure your ticket is in the Dutch GP app, as this is the only way to display your ticket and gain access to the venue. From the MyDGP environment, the main booker can check and distribute the personalized tickets including a download link. After the download, your ticket will automatically appear the Dutch GP app. The main booker remains responsible for distributing the tickets to the appropriate people.

1. Downloading tickets without personalizing
Personalizing the tickets is currently no longer necessary. You can distribute and download the tickets as a main booker directly in the MyDGP environment. After you have added all tickets to your ticket wallet in the Dutch GP app you can share them with your company. You do this by clicking the ‘Share your ticket’ link on the ticket and sharing this page via, for example, Whatsapp or email.
The person for whom the ticket is for can then download the ticket in the DutchGP app. Make sure to send the ticket to the right person! Once you have sent the ticket, you cannot withdraw it.
Make sure your ticket is in DutchGP before you travel to Zandvoort. This prevents delays at the gate.
2. Would you like to take several people with you on a multi-day ticket?
You can! Send the download link to the right people. The name of the main booker remains on the ticket at all times. Note: the QR code is scannable once per day.
3. Can I print my tickets as a PDF?
Unfortunately this is not possible. You can retrieve your ticket in the DutchGP app. Make sure your ticket is already added to your ticket wallet before you travel to Zandvoort. This prevents delays at the gate.
4. Can I add multiple tickets in my ticket wallet?
This is possible! When you use the correct download link of the ticket, the ticket will automatically be added to the DutchGP app on your phone. You can also do this for example for the kids tickets.
5. I want to change my name on the ticket.
The main booker can reset the ticket in his MyDGP environment. The name of the main booker will then be placed on the ticket. This is not a problem. The main booker can then resend the ticket.
