During the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee cannot be accessed by car or motorbike due to a lack of parking facilities. Visitors to the Grand Prix who come to Zandvoort by car or motorbike can park their car or motorbike during the race weekend or be dropped off at the Park+Ride sites in Amsterdam and Amstelveen and then travel on by bus to the circuit.
During the Dutch Grand Prix you can park your car or motorbike at one of the P+R car parks in Amsterdam or Amstelveen (Handelsplein Amstelveen & Mahler Amsterdam Zuid). You reserve a parking space with your license plate in advance. At these P+R sites, visitors park their vehicles and then take the bus. Connexxion will drop off visitors right in front of the main entrance of CM.com Circuit Zandvoort (Gate 2), so visitors won’t have far to walk to the event afterwards. The P+R car parks and the accompanying Connexxion bus line will be open from 07.30 on all race days.
Bringing and picking up visitors in Zandvoort is not possible. The place to drop off and pick up is at the P+R car parks in Amsterdam and Amstelveen or bus stops in the region. From here, you continue by bus which drops you off right in front of the main entrance to Circuit Zandvoort (Gate 1).
During the Dutch Grand Prix it is possible to park the car and cycle to one of the bicycle parking places spread out within Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee. Several P+B car parks have been set up for this purpose. These car parks are within cycling distance of Circuit Zandvoort and are conveniently located on provincial roads in surrounding municipalities.
At these car parks, visitors can park their cars and then cycle to one of the bicycle parking places in Zandvoort or Bloemendaal aan Zee with their own bicycle or a pre-rented one. Book your Park+Bike ticket now.
During the race weekend, the usual pitches for camper vans in Zandvoort are also in use. This means that during the Dutch Grand Prix it is not possible to enter Zandvoort with a camper van or to park your camper beforehand in Zandvoort.
