To receive your tickets for the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, you must first personalise them in the MyDGP environment. Personalising tickets is now possible in the MyDGP environment. You can log in using the e-mail address that was used to purchase the tickets in the past. The e-tickets will be added to the MyDGP environment as of 16 August, provided that all your tickets have been personalised.
All tickets purchased via the Jumbo Super Friday action this year are not yet visible in the MyDGP environment. From Thursday, 11 August, it will be possible to personalise these tickets and to view them in the MyDGP environment. All Jumbo Super Friday tickets must also be personalised. This can be done in the run up to the event. All ticket buyers will automatically be notified when personalisation is possible.
