Save your ticket, enjoy later
Various industry associations joined forces and call on their visitors to keep their tickets until the doors open again: Save your ticket, enjoy later. In close consultation with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Consumer & Market Authority (ACM), a regulation has been made for events postponed by the coronavirus. The organisation of the Dutch Grand Prix supports the regulation and makes it available to ticket holders of the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix 2020.
The organization of the Dutch Grand Prix will come up with an appropriate solution for the holders of tickets. The original tickets remain valid as communicated earlier. In the meantime the organization is in consultation with FOM and the FIA about a new date for the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix. If the holder of the ticket is unable to attend on the new date, the holder of the ticket will receive a voucher worth the original ticket price, including (service) costs. The voucher can be exchanged for a ticket for the next edition of the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix. This way, visitors can still enjoy a Formula 1 race in the Netherlands. Ticket buyers will be informed about the practical arrangements after the new date has been announced.
If you are unable to make use of this regulation after the new date has been announced, you can apply for a refund in accordance with the regulation ‘Ticketgelden coronacrisis’. As soon as the new date of the Dutch Grand Prix is announced, the organization will communicate the arrangement and the process further with our ticket holders.
