How do I personalize my ticket(s)?

To receive your tickets to the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, you must first personalize them. Unfortunately, all popular events have to deal with black market issues. To prevent our visitors from paying too much for a ticket, tickets must therefore be personalized.

Personalize your tickets

All tickets purchased by ticket buyers can be found in your MyDGP account. The ticket buyer can log in to this portal with the same email address that was used to order the tickets. In your MyDGP accountt, you can then personalize the tickets of the fans who will accompany you. To do this, you will need the following information from these people: first name, last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, street, house number, zip code and city. You can personalize the tickets in you MyDGP account by going to the heading ‘Personalization’.

Please note that only the ticket buyer can personalize the tickets. As soon as you have personalized the tickets of the fans who will accompany you, he or she will receive a confirmation e-mail.

If you have bought a ticket for several days it is possible to change the name of the ticket for each day. You can read how this process works in the MyDGP environment. For 3 year tickets, you only need to enter the names for the first year that the Dutch Grand Prix is organized. The details of the ticket holders for the other years can be entered in the relevant year of the race(s).

Tip: personalizing the tickets works easiest on a PC.

Ticket distribution

The tickets will be distributed digitally a few weeks before the event. You will receive an automatic message about this. The ticket data can also be found in your MyDGP account. Please note: the ticket buyer will receive all tickets from the order. He or she remains at all times responsible for the distribution of the tickets.

Have you received a message that a ticket has been successfully added to your name? Then you can find this in your MyDGP account. You can log in using the same email address that was used to personalize the ticket in question. You can then find the overview via ‘My Tickets’ in the menu bar and then under ‘Orders’.

Changing data

If you want to change the name of a ticket, you can do this in your MyDGP account. The ticket buyer must log in and reset the ticket under ‘My Tickets’. Please read the instructions in the MyDGP environment.

Do you want to make changes to your personal data? You can do this through your account in your MyDGP account.  If you want to make changes to the email address that is linked to a particular ticket, we ask you to send an email to our ticket partner at

Seating in the stands

All seats in the stands will be allocated automatically. All tickets from one order will be placed next to each other if they are in the same grandstand. Different order numbers cannot be linked together.
