This is what you need to arrange before your visit to the Dutch Grand Prix
We have put together all the important information you need to know for your visit to the Dutch Grand Prix.
1. Gate control
Only the person who purchased the tickets can download the tickets in the MyDGP environment. You can either take them with you in printed or digital form, or put them in the Dutch GP app (if the tickets are personalised). The ticket shows the row, the seat number and the gate that provides you with the quickest access to the track.
Use of the CoronaCheck app is mandatory. You use the app to prove that you have been vaccinated, that you have tested negative for corona or that you have recently had corona. Make sure you have it installed on your phone and that you can visit the event safely.
The access control therefore consists of a ticket and a Corona Access Ticket (QR code in the CoronaCheck app) in combination with your identity document. Have these documents ready when you arrive at the entrance. Children aged 12 and under do not need to show a CoronaCheck (but an identity document is useful).
– Check whether there is an update for the CoronaCheck app and run it before you leave;
– Minimise the number of open apps;
– Turn off your blue light filter and night mode.
Remember to wear a mask when using public transport; this also applies to the shuttle bus.
Testen voor Toegang
Do you need to get tested? Then make an appointment as soon as possible, close to home, via www.testenvoortoegang.org. Please make sure that you do not enter a start time that is too early, as Testen voor Toegang maintains a margin of 2 hours between testing and access. Are you having trouble with your test results? Then call the Testen voor Toegang Helpdesk at +31 (0)88-7770809. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 20.00, Saturday from 07.00 to 22.00 and Sunday from 07.00 to 20.00.
What is important when scheduling your test appointment?
– Get tested as close to home as possible.
– Schedule your test appointment for the morning you are coming to the Dutch Grand Prix or for the end of the afternoon on the day before (it is only valid for 24 hours) .
– Only go to Zandvoort with a negative test result; you will not be allowed to enter the circuit without the CoronaCheck app.
– Fully-vaccinated EU citizens can obtain an EU Digital COVID Certificate (DCC) and use this to enter CM.com Circuit Zandvoort.
Schedule your appointment via Testen voor Toegang (at testenvoortoegang.org)
You can’t schedule a test in Zandvoort itself if you’re only coming for one day; in that case, getting tested close to home is a must. Do you have tickets for several days and will you be staying overnight in Zandvoort? Ticket holders with multi-day tickets were informed on Thursday 26 August about the temporary test location in Zandvoort.
2. On site
Dutch GP recycle system in collaboration with CM.com
We’re launching the Dutch GP recycling system to keep the track clean, together. You will receive the recycling token at the entrance.
As for any event, certain internal rules apply. For example, bringing your own food and drinks, umbrellas, large cameras and chairs is not permitted. In addition, the event is smoke-free and cashless.
We ask you to stay in your seat as much as possible and to observe the protocols. Try to give each other enough space when leaving the stands and when on the grounds. Above all, stay in your seat after the race activities for other fun activities on the track.
3. How do you get to the circuit?
Check all transport options and quickly order your transport tickets for you and your travelling companions here.
Should you decide to come by car, we would like to point out that Zandvoort is completely closed to visitors coming by car or motorbike. In light of that, make use of the Park+Bike locations, from where you can cycle to Zandvoort with your own or rented bicycle in about half an hour. All cyclists in the region or users of the Park+Bike must reserve their bicycle parking spaces in advance. There is a limited number of P+R spots available which can be reserved on a first come, first served basis. When the spots are taken, only the other available transport options remain. It is also possible to use the Park+Ride Beverwijk. You reserve your parking space for your car or motorbike here in advance, where you change to the shuttle bus.
